Cuffley Floral Art
We are a friendly club that meets every second Tuesday in the month at Cuffley Hall from 8pm to 10pm. Doors open from 7pm when you find a welcoming cup of tea or coffee.

1st Cuffley Scout Group

Friends of Northaw Great Wood
The Friends of Northaw Great Wood are a voluntary group who carry out nature conservation and management in Northaw Great Wood. The Friends group aim to ensure that Northaw Great Wood is maintained as a nature reserve of benefit to both wildlife and people, paying close attention to its status as a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Work parties are held every Friday and the first Sunday in the month 9:30am1pm, and volunteers of all ages are welcome. An excellent way to get a bit of gentle exercise in the great outdoors. Northaw Community Orchard
Northaw Community Orchard is aimed at providing a wonderful public space in Northaw. We are helping to conserve an important area of pasture. Half of the fruit trees planted are heritage varieties formerly grown in Hertfordshire so are helping preserve our horticultural heritage and provide a resource for the future as well as producing fruit locally and sustainably without use of pesticides or fertilisers. 1st Northaw Scout Group
The Group comprises Beaver Scouts (6 – 8), Cub Scouts (8– 11) and Scouts (11 – 14) and meets on Monday and Friday evenings at the well-appointed headquarters in Northaw. Girls and boys from surrounding villages enjoy both traditional and progressive Scouting including camping, hiking, water activities and community projects. New members are welcome .

Cuffley Football Club
Runs 2 senior and 26 youth teams from KGV playing fields. Plus runs soccer schools for boys and girls.

Northaw and Cuffley Bowling Club
Has been in existence for 76 years. The season runs from April to September with a fixture list of friendly and competitive matches. In the off-season there is a social calendar and several indoor games against local indoor Bowling Clubs. Contact: Ray Brewer on 01707 872772

Northaw and Cuffley Tennis Club
Is a friendly local tennis club, which welcomes all new members. We offer an extensive coaching program as well as social and competitive tennis. We recently received funding from Sports England to help redevelop two of our courts and now have seven excellent courts. Enquires:

Froebel Family Support Group
We have been dealing with Children who present problems in schools supporting and promoting management of behaviour and attitudes. We offer support for families where there is depression and relieve the pressure by constructive help.

Cuffley Hall
Cuffley Hall is the Village Hall owned by the Parish council but run by a Committee of Voluntary Trustees and committee members for the use of the Community. The Hall aims to be self-financing with the help of some fundraising events each year. Website:

Friends of Cancer Research
We are a fundraising group dedicated to raising money for research to cure this devastating disease. We have raised more than £300,000. Please come to one of our events at Cuffley Hall Vintage and Custom Cars Diane has coordinated a variety of vintage cars and other vehicles for your viewing. Some from the museum and some privately owned.

Was originally formed in January 2014 to defend the Parish of Northaw & Cuffley against the Metropolis planning application to build circa 591 dwellings (now increased to 608) in our Green Belt. Since those days it quickly became evident the Metropolis application was not the only threat we would face. It’s just the beginning with now a potential threat of 7,000 homes in our villages.
